Perfect timing for you! Last Saturday of the month = BBQ lunch meet @ Mike Anderson's!

I can come pick you up from your hotel or Cobb that morning if they're still working on your car.

Welcome and grats on your parts/tune.

I see you have a MR Touring. Thats what I have. Kracka has the slower GSR. If you want to see what a MR can really do let me know I'll swing by Cobb for the Saturday meet and either give you a ride or you can join us for the BBQ at Mike Andersons.

<3 the MR Touring I've heard it being called an old man's evo but if an old man drove it, they would have a heart attack and die from all the adrenaline rush From the looks of it I will leave the car at cobb all day friday for sure and pick it up Saturday (possibly after the bbq). I am going to drive down there thursday. I wonder if they will give me a loaner for Friday at least or I will have to figure something out lol.

Call Enterprise, in advance, they can get you a cheap rental for Thursday/Friday. We'll cart you around for Sat; at least for lunch.

Better than dementia My grandfather currently thinks that he's a bandit hiding from the law in Oklahoma because he skipped town without paying his bills (since he's been in a home he's not writing checks any more). True (sad) story. Getting old sucks.

OP have fun while you're here

I know I'm getting off topic but...

I would really like to see what the MR can do. Why don't you bring it to one of the autocrosses in September or October (once it cools down a bit) at the Texas Motor Speedway lot or Lone Star Park and really see what it can do.

I'd like to see if those upgraded SST clutches (combined with the power you're making) will make first place. I think your car is good for a class win and a fast time overall. With your car in super sport mode and the right tires (R-S3 or StarSpecs) I think it could be amazing.

Maybe I could even talk you in to a co-drive. Maybe not but it's worth a try

I would love to do that some day, I'll be honest Im scared to death or wrecking and quite honestly I have never done it so I would be nervous there from that stand point as well. You want to teach me? We'll talk.

If he's not we are at least getting a laugh out of it.

This place know their patients well. They setup a bus stop outside and if a patient wants to go somewhere, the orderlies tell them to get ready and go wait at the bus stop. In a little while, they forget what they were there for and just wander back inside
