So the Ralliart license plate frame I ordered on eBay came in the mail. But when I went to put it on, I discovered that it's "juuuuuust" big enough to be too big.

It's large enough that my Cobb Tuning plate frame fits inside it and large enough that it bumps up against the lip thing under where the license plate goes, making it so the holes in the plate and frame don't line up with the holes in the bumper.

Sure it does. I buy a "Ralliart" license plate frame and it doesn't fit on my "Ralliart" car.

With a name like "Ralliart" being very broad I have yet to see anything off ebay thats made for the 09+ RA. Just get the Evo X license plate, fits perfectly.

 

The Evo X license plate doesn't say "Ralliart" on it. That's the point. I have a frame that says "Tuned by Cobb Tuning," but I wanted one that said Ralliart. That's the one that doesn't fit. An Evo X plate wouldn't do me any good.

I was talking about the rear plate. I don't even run a front plate.
