Hi guys,

So the ACD/AYC Pump has now failed for the 3rd time on my 2010 MR (35K miles). Hurst Autoplex replaced the pump the first two times under warranty but this time they had to get Mitsu corporate involved who have declined to warranty the pump and are claiming the pump has failed due to my Cobb protune. I’ve contacted Mitsu corporate and they basically said sorry about your luck and the tune has caused the failure. Hurst Autoplex wants $2400 for parts and labor now. So I’ve been driving the car around for two weeks with the 4WD service light on and the car seems to drive fine. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Trying to figure out my options here and if I’m going to replace the part I don’t want to go back to Hurst Autoplex. Thanks in advance.
