Since you keep asking.
It's a dirty job. Getting the rotors off can be a PITA. Brake fluid is really nasty stuff. Getting brake fluid on the calipers and not properly cleaning them can potentially damage the clear coat.

If you don't want to do it on your own why not just pay someone?

I had Mike at Mitsubishi install mine for a reasonable fee. Clean, neat and done in a couple hours.

Good luck

Do you have a large garage? The only problem is I'm kind of far away. Brakes are real easy to do, but take a little practice to make sure they won't squeal at all. I failed on my first attempt. But they weren't any worse than the stock pads.

I have plenty of garage space...Well I have one at home torn apart, and one at work with no transfercase in it....Its a easy job but the rotors need cut also...

since the topic is brakes. what kind of pads do locals use on their evos? Is it wrong to rock out the $25 fronts and $20 rears from advance? or do you prefer the brembo replacements?

if ya wanna be able to stop and not destroy your rotors, i'd run, at the minimum, the brembo pads.
