i has a new suspension. well new to me anyways.

thanks to frank and kristi for the OE VIII KYB's. i gotta say they are night and day from the bilsteins with the works springs.

so much better in every way. once i get the alignment sorted this weekend i think she is going to run much nicer than the setup i had before.

i think i am gonna try to sell the bilsteins (after i put the stock springs back on) and use that as money down on some coilovers.

jer, thanks to your car and my car i can tear a suspension out with almost military precision. if i have a 6 pack and 4 free hours i can get those strut and shock assemblies out and in with enough speed to make a rally mechanic blush.

not bad for a fat drunk with hand tools. except the part where i dented my neighbors car with the jack handle. that sucks.

He tuned my car while I was in the Honda camp and was always professional and
always got good results. So thumbs up for more options!
i can vouch for Evans being a great tuner. I'm pretty excited he decided to drop the 90k for the extra two hubs haha

yes i have had mine off. Open trunk remove two bolts on each side and use floss to cut the two sided tape, and remove it.

Heating up the tape with a hair dryer can also help.

Don't forget to plug the holes, have them filled or get an RS trunk.

Feeler: BeaveRun Track Day May 30th North Course

I received an e-mail from BeaveRun that they are looking to get together a small group to help supplement a club that has the track on Saturday the 30th.

The event would likely be 3 run groups as well as Time Trials

They will have instuctors available, and they are looking for people with some track experience (vs. pure first timers)

Nothing is final-Still working on the details/price etc, but post up or PM if you might be interested. Fun way to spend a Saturday

Count me in! This date just happens to be perfect. Now I would like to get a different set of front pads to try out for this event.

One of the few times that a broadcast company displayed capital punishment on network tv.
