I'm taking a little road trip from NJ to Nazareth, PA to check out ILP Performance (One of our vendors for those of you not familiar with them) and their new facilities. If anyone's interested in coming down or just meeting there let me know via PM or on AIM (HobieKopek is my screen name in case you couldn't guess ).

I know it's kinda short notice, but I only recently got my vacation time approved so I didn't have much in the way of options.

I don't really have a set time or anything yet so I'm open to suggestions if anyone else would like to tag along. Just let me know and we'll figure something out.

 

When you heading over? I live 10 minutes away from there, was there for their grand opening but something came up and couldn't stick around for long at all.
edit: guess if i read the whole thing instead of skimming i'd see you didn't set a day huh I'd like to see some of the other rides on the forum, i'm down anytime pretty much.

 

Nah, I edited it. The day is Friday, but the time I'm not certain of. Hopefully a couple other PA, NJ and NYC area Lancer owners will meet up or ride down as well. Could be good. Like a "get to know your vendors" type deal.

Not on Friday. I'll be mostly making plans.

 

yes, i'll be (hopefully) buying the Tein suspension and some rims. maybe i'll just put a down payment on em and then when january comes around and i have more time i'll go back and get em installed. andrew...whenever's good. i'll make sure i dont have to be at work on friday. I also think it'll be a quicker ride than an hr and a half.

EDIT: andrew, if we left around 1-2ish i'd say thats the best time, that way we have time to get there and chill around their shop and bug them for hours.

 

Exactly. 1-2 would be perfect. That's the plan I have precisely. Jeff said he'd be working on a WRX, but we can hound em and all ask him things at the same time and whatnot.

I'm going back in Jan too, Ben so if you wanna do that (just put down the payment) you could be my ride back. I won't be bringing my car back with me at that time if you catch my drift.

It was a pleasure having Hobie and smokt over for friday, they did hang out for a while but It's nice having some lancer guys around. a pleasnt change from the subaru and Rotary work that keeps us busy.

and although smokt' had to leave his car here for almost 2 full days it winds up it was just a fuse and he should be fine.
