I'm down for a meet in Berlin, CT. Now where in Berlin are we meeting? If I come, I'll be driving my Blue Evo, it'll be cool to meet some Lancer and Evo owners from the east coast......

 

We're meeting on the Berlin Turnpike, apparently at Ruby Tuesday's, but I don't think that's been confirmed yet.

The MA guys are planning on pre-meeting on I84 around the MA/CT border first and driving in together and my suggestion for this was at the Traveler's Food/Book Restaurant at Exit 74 around 1:15 (+/- 15 minutes.)

It would indeed be very cool to see you come (just don't embarass us MA guys on the highway driving in). Based on the number of cops typically around the top of 84, it's not in your best interests or ours. ;-)

Nah, I was just wondering how far in advance this'd have to be booked etc. If it's not for a bit then I can worry about it later.

 

Where do the Mass guys think a good place to meet before we all go down to Berlin as a group? I think that an exit off of 91 would be the easiest and the most accessable for everyone. Open for suggestions for a location and time. And how many Mass people should we expect?

 

Id really like to know if anyone with an Evo is planning on attending.

It would help something i am trying to get together.... ALOT.....

OZ: my dad's parking lot is a no go. Im gonna try to get permission to use stanley quarter park. Its MUCH closer than the one we went to check out lol

any other Evo owners though? im gonna try and see if i can get a dealer behind us to give us a place to hang out or whatever, cause we cant really on the turnpike.

ALSO: Ruby's doesnt realyl do reservations, they told me i can just call like 2 days ahead of time and they can try to get us a section. But..... this is IMPOSSIBLE to determine the number of people coming cause there is no way everyone is gonna be able to decide until its too late. So.......
Im just gonna get them to clear out a section for us. If there is more than we have room for, well, suckit. Sit with the regulars or go next door to outback steakhouse lol!
If there is less, then more room for me

ruby tuesdays is indeed it. Neilscully provided directions earlier from pretty much anywhere.

Still working on getting some place to hang afterwards tho.

 

I suggested that the Mass guys meet at Travellers Books and Food Restaurant at exit 74 on I84, but that's not particularly convenient for the guys in western MA. There really is no place that is convenient from both western and eastern though.

Me personally, I pretty much expect to eat at Traveller's for lunch, so I'll aim to be there around 12:00 and leave around 1:00 to 1:30 to get to Berlin.
