I actually popped my upper intercooler hose off of the throttle body. It scared the crap out of me.... thankfully Dr. Fob and Liljapnboy came to the rescue.
A Cleveland cop stopped and parked behind me so that we wouldn't get hit while trying to fix it. He jokingly said that I should have had a small block chevy instead of this "high tech" horsepower.

When it happened to me the first time I was like WTF. Did the turbo go out or what? To make it worse I was out of state in Maryland and the car would barely run at all pouring black smoke out the pipe. I was pissed to say the least. If
would use better clamps this crap would never happen.

As much as i love 'Fob Motorsports'.....being a mod means being on the board at least some of the time...

Yeah I know I was surprised to find out it was happening to other people too. It appears the most common one is at the throttle body. The next ones I have heard of are the intercooler one coming loose also. It sucks you cruizing along and all of a sudden the car falls flat on its face.
