Oh don't forget Precision Dyno in Philly.

I'm certainly not talking smack but if you're saying go to Buschur over Extreme let me ask you a question... what's the fastest BR ever went in their AWD 4bangr car before shiep bought it? What's the fastest Extreme ever went in their awd car?
I guess it depends on what you need tuned. If it's an AEM I'd go to Extreme or Turbotrix or AMS.
Besides Maryland is like 2-3 hours from NJ depending on which part you live in. Ohio is way furthur.

Since we are on the topic of Extreme Motorsports, where are they? I don't see them on the boards, nor do I see them compete or in any magazines anymore. They use to be Buschur's rivals. I rest my case.
Guys, you definatly should not base your decision on where to take your car based on what shop has the fastest this, or fastest that, or magazine ad's, etc......
I can only give you advice based on what I know. I've met the Turbotrix guys and they're cool as hell, been around a long time, turned out lots of good and fast cars. I would say they would be a good choice. They are also great and fun competators and I enjoy getting to hang out with them at races.
I've never met the Extreme guys (except for briefly talking to the guy who drove the black FWD Mirage briefly back in 2000) or been to their place. Again theyve been around for a long time, made many fast cars and I havent heard very much negative feedback anywhere on the internet about them.
Buschur. Ahh this guy, what can I say about this guy........ He's great. David is a super super nice guy. He has been in the game longer than anyone else, his facility is super nice, his staff is very knowledgable, I could go on and on. They have good business ethics, good work etihics, and they will do anything in their power to help people out and make a repeat customer for life.
Of course we kick *** too, but maybe I'm a bit biased!?
To sum up what I'm saying, you would be in pretty good hands with most of the people mentioned in this post. If you are doing something as involved as a stroker kit, I suggest calling the places you have in mind and talking a little bit with each one and getting a feel for yourself. They should be able to spare a few minutes with you for a job as big as the one you've mentioned. One of the places may take a special interest in what your doing in particular, maybe they want to test a particular combo that matches your, who knows. I know David and ourselves like to wear the hell out of our new dynos and play around with all kinds of different combinations. He seems to get pretty bored out there in the country!!
Good luck.
Eric

I didn't know magazine articles and being on this site constitutes being a good shop. I'll keep that in mind in the future. Seriously though, I have a friend who worked at Extreme, I bought my VR4 from Terry Glazer 1 of the owners, and have known them for years. They're super busy and make huge bank and do a ton of great quality work. Maybe their just to busy working and dont' get involved in the internet hype. That shouldn't be a slight on them.
btw: They have a Nov 05 article about their Evo in DSport and an Aug 05 article about their Talon in DSport. Now they just gotta get on here and they'll be good.
