emissions question for PA
I'm moving back home to philly in less than a month. I'm getting a little worried about passing emmisions.
I have an 02 lancer, with a header ( first cat removed ), custom downpipe, magnaflow high-flow cat ( C.A.R.B legal ) and greddy evoII catback ( 5 inch tip )
is all of that legal in PA? I don't have my stock parts anymore, so I'm really hoping I'm not ****ed.

Not in my village.
They still test whats coming out of the pipe in Beaver county at least.
My RX7's NEVER passed.
Law states that if you spend 125 dollars on stuff to fix the problem you should be okay. I used to get new plugs/wires every year from the same guy.
Lat time I had one of those was 3 years ago. Laws may have changed.
