I just bought a 2003 Silver Evo 2 days ago in maryland. Got it from DARCARS of Silver Spring. It was an interesting buying experience to say the least. They wanted 6k over MSRP and I just walked out on them. They called me as I was driving home and I got it for 800 over MSRP which isn't too bad. 80mi on the odometer 520 mi to go for breakin to be finished
