Saw only three Evo's in the show. Silver one, had an Autobon sticker on it, no rear seats/cage, RNR turbo. A Yellow F&FII replica with a turbotrix 2.3 and 50trim only putting out 470, and a chameleon paint jobbed evo.
that was my silver evo, its not an rnr kit, just the manifold and my car is also a 2.3

Yeah I talked with FOG, he seemed like a really cool guy. Stands for Fat Old Guy he said.
Curious why they only ran 26psi on a built 2.3 or is a 50trim out of efficiency then?

Russ your car looks a bit different since the last time me and brian saw it. Assuming you fixed your o2 then? :-P

You won't for long

P.S. I don't mean this as a "threat" or something like people were going to steal his car, I just mean I am sure the cops are going to come down on this kid hard. Writing bad checks is fraud and is a big deal. DSG has his plates and his check, it's not going to be hard for them to track this loser down.

No one's going to take anything from anyone, unless "no one" is a synonym for Brian and "anyone" is actually a representative of DSG.

Tsurara wasn't suggesting that. He was suggesting a result of a legal course of action.

couldn't agree more. and i'm actually embarrassed for this 'Brian'. it's really shameful that someone would do this to such a great group of guys and a trustworthy name like DSG.

Well if amicable means don't work out, you know who to call.

If Brian or any of his friends are reading this please be aware that I am very upset about this. I mailed you some letters via registered mail to your home and other mail address today (yes, I have both). I will follow up on those this coming Friday unless we have been paid in full including mailing fees, time and bank fees.

Again I really apologize for airing this on a public forum but the lack of communication doesn't allow me to pursue an amicable means to an end in this situation. I'm trying to work this out but the communication channel is one way.

Thank you in advance for making this an easy situation via your compliance.

Alex
