...then take some pics and post them EVERYWHERE!!!! Proceed to peel stickers off and walk away smiling. I long time ago someone stole from me. I know the feeling. Do onto others....it's time for a real embarassment!!!

 

We won by default. He didn't show up. I heard that his car got repossesed.. probably had something to do with it!

glad to hear you guys finally got paid. Sucks it was such a pain in the a$$.

 

We may never see the money. The fact that we won the case will eventually lead to his pay being garnished or a forced payment by the state somehow. This isn't a fast process.. it's Massachusetts! : )

 

Just read the thread....glad it is working out. Some guys in the CT area are having a somewhat similar problem, It's good to hear there is a recourse for the honest people.

He's being arraigned at 9am tomorrow in Wrentham if anyone wants to see it. It's open session with air conditioning !

 

Lets hope he gets what he deserves, and if he does, he'll be getting multiple human booster shots from a guy named "Tiny" in no time
