Warning! Cherry Hill Triplex

The worst dealer I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in a car dealer, ever! Cherry Hill Triplex dealers were all white trash (blasting there rock n'roll music when I brought my mom there?). Please do not go there to buy your evos. Yes, it was that bad for my first post to advise others of the terrible treatment I had there.

I wasnt a big fan of the triplex although they did let me drive a white RS. i ended up going to Prestige in Turnersville. They did everything they could to get my car and resolve any problems.

they acted like white trash, when i went there as well, they lied, lied, and LIED again and again! I understand car salesman aren't the most respecting people out there, however these guys are below the norm. They play VERY loud music [like a club], have NO CLASS, and treat you like ****. I would have to agree that they ACT like white trash, sorry. I do not mean any offense so please don't take any, however do not go there, there are many other dealers that treat you like a human being and have the respect not to pull you around on a string like a dog. jonnyoh hopefully you can find another dealer !!!!!

Yup I went there and listened (while waiting) to two sales reps rip off 2 people, 1 was getting a quote on an evo 900 for 60 mos. with a sticker of 31,894. Payment with zero down should have been 600-630. I told the guy to get out of there.. Maybe he is one here now.

They are loud with the tunes and very aggressive. I ended up walking out due to waiting longer than 45 mins to get a sales rep..

I would not say trash but just very aggressive...
More of a rip off 2 me...They wouldn't take any more than 500 off a new eclipse even thogh there are rebates on it..

I advise anyone trying to buy a car to take a calculator that can do amortization or get an amortization chart. Any bank can give you one of these charts. The chart tells you how much a payment should be depending on the size of the loan and how many months you are getting it for.

You could always try kelly mitsubishi in Allentown, Pennsylvania. They made me a very good deal on my car. Granted its no evo but I still got a very good deal and had very good experience with the salesman.

I went in to drive an RS. I told the manager I was just there to see and drive the car, and I wasn't prepared to talk numbers. He told me that any EVO would be sold "signifigantly over MSRP"... Well, guess where I didn't buy my RS

I think I may have been one of the lucky few who went there. I got my '05 gsr for a really good deal there. However, I can testify to the sales people being really shady. I had been taking it to their dealership for service until I made the mistake of getting winter tires put on by them in which they f'd my rims up and claimed they couldn't know for sure that it was them and wouldn't do anything about it. So from then on I've been taking it to Chapman Nissan / Mitsubishi (previously metro mitsu) and they've shown me nothing but great service and have yet to say anything about the mbc I have.

As far as the music thing goes I was told by one of the sales people they intentionally turn it up real loud so that when multiple sales are going on next to eachother the people buying from them can't hear other offers. Real shady type sh*t.

They quoted me over 40,000 dollars for an MR..I laughed in their face and walked after I disrespected the sales manager and emptied my skittles in the doorway..They suck big time!

Yup, typical them... Their salespeople are very impolite and I can definately relate to you guys that have been there. When I got a quote way back when in 03 about an Evo, they marked up the evo to $40,000 and they simply put it, "We can mark it up that high because people out there are willing to pay that much so we are not willing to work with you on that price." I was appalled at that statement and told them I'm sorry you feel that way and told them I'd take my business elsewhere!

just got back from Cherry Hill Triplex to have an oil change and tires rotated on my 05. i agree the music is ridiculous. you cant even hear yourself think in that place. i had to go outside and around the side of the building just to make a phonecall because the showroom floor and lot were that loud. and im not being sensitive, i go to a lot of concerts and have no problem with loud music. but that place felt like a frat house (im only 21).
service people were great. even used a torque wrench on my wheels instead of the gun.
but the icing on the cake was an hour later the manager called me and accused me of skipping an apointment with a salesmen. when i explained to him that i wasnt there to check out an 05 evo, and that in fact i drove one and had it serviced there he seemed pissed off with me and "his people". well its not like im buying a car fom them anytime soon, but service dept. was good besides the price
