Weather looks to be nice. Could be a little warmer, but at least it will be sunny. Should be a fun event.

The event is about 1/2 mile west of York Mitsubishi on Route 30 (Loucks Road).

You can mapquest 1170 Loucks Road York, PA 17404.

That is the dealership. Then just go 1/2 mile west on Route 30 (loucks road)

It is on the left next to smokey bones and just past the Apple Car Dealerships.

Mitsubishi Motors Club of York, PA Members and Meet Attendees:

Due to a larger than average amount of interest the Meet & Show hours have been extended. We will begin parking cars at 4:00 not 4:30-5:00. So if you want a prime spot you need to try and be there as close to 4:00 as possible. We will be lining up around the Mitsubishi Motors Canopy along the side of the parking lot nearest the building.

If you have questions email or PM me.

The hats and t-shirts are being printed today!

The trophies just got finished earlier in the week. The Tool Box Plaques are finished and the Goodie Bags are sitting here waiting to be handed out. The Montague Bike is ready to be raffled off to its new owner.

I will post the list of attendees later today or early tomorrow.

Weather looks good.

We have 48 Mitsubishi's confirmed to attend. I only have enough Goodie Bags for a few more people so let me know asap if you will be there.

We are all set. If you have not contacted me about attending you are more than welcome to come. However, all the goodie bags are used up! So I would love to have you but we won;t have a goodie bag and your name will not appear in the program. Any and all Mitsu vehicles are invited to be parked with us. Even if you are not signing up to be eligible for awards. If I have any goodie bags that are not claimed I will give those out to late comers.

When you get to the Dicks parking lot go to the side lot along the building. That is where we will be. You will see a white canopy and the Red York Mitsubishi Evo IX. Try and park together with the other Mitsu's all facing the same direction. Me and Shane will be there to help line you up.

Once you get there go to the canopy and give us your name and vehicle so you can get your goodie bag. There you will find a CBRD Flyer, York Mitsu Gift, Mitsubishi Motors North America Gift, a program and more. In the program in the goodie bag you will find your ballot for Peoples Choice, Coupons to York Mitsubishi's Service Dept., a list of attendees, and sponsor info. We will have the Montague Mountain Bike there and you can buy raffle tickets to win it for one dollar a ticket or 5 bucks for 10 tickets! We will also have the event t-shirts at the canopy for sale for 10 dollars a piece.

If you want your car eligible for the Peoples Choice Award you will then have to go and register at the Motor Menders Table. There is no cost but they will supply you with an entry number.

Phuong Tao , aka asianguywithacamera.com is a professional photographer who will be there taking pictures. You can view and purchase high res version from him at his website.

People have also asked about food. Smokey Bones, Olive Garden, and Starlight Diner are both about 1/16 of a mile away from the parking lot. Ruby Tuesday, TGI Fridays, and Cheeseburger in Paradise are with'in a very short drive.

See you there. And yes...... the weather man is supposed to be on our side!!!!!!!

-Derek

I stopped by York Mitsu., just to check in, yesterday. Those of you who are lined up with a goodie bag, Derek hooked you up. Those who didn't, I think Derek may have a few things left over to pass out.

Also, if you are coming into town via. 30 west (or have some spare time while you are in town) check out Chad's new showroom (CBRD Speedfactory), it will be on your left hand side after you go through the first light in York. Looking good, Chad. When is the open house / grand opening?

They are not sticklers. They worry more about guys riding or racing on the Circuit at night through town. You should be ok.
