Warranty work at DeNooyer Mitsu
Warranty work at DeNooyer Mitsu
Well, my bumper to bumper is almost up on my Ralliart, and it needs work, a lot of work. But thats what a warranty is for right? I'm going to try my luck with DeNooyer again and I'm dropping it off Wednesday morning, even though the last 2 times what should have taken an afternoon to do took 3 weeks, and I ended up almost being "escorted off the property" and somehow new wheel bearings became a whole new left front axle assembely. And the time after that they had the car for 2 or 3 days because at highway speed, the lightest tap of the brake activated the ABS. Which was not fixed btw, and now at highway speeds its always ABS, or sometimes it just decides it wants to set off the light on the dash, and I completely lose ABS and it will not work at all until I turn the car off and back on again. Thanks DeNooyer!
So I've given them a pretty extensive list of things that have been acting up/breaking, and I was wondering, how long should I let them keep it before I get into an arguement with them again for not providing me with a rental car?
Has anyone else had problems with them? Or do they just have it out for me?

I don't think it matters since they (DeNooyer) sold their Mitsu franchise and are no longer there
Sorry to hear about the issues with the RA though. Maybe try Otto? They're somewhat friendly up there...so long as it's nothing too complicated

Yeah thats what everyone was saying that they sold it, but I was talking to the guy there, and I asked him if I could still bring the car there for warranty work and he said they just moved the mistu dealership across the street to that smaller lot where the used cars were. Saab of Halfmoon is in the building next to the dodge one now. And they actually did a pretty decent job this time, took about a day and a half, so im pretty pleased.
