UPDATE!!! brad benson pushed me to far..

Little history..

Last june i picked up my ix mr. Got the turbotrix stage 3 kit.. Full exhaust, ecutek, walboro 255, intake, and a tune.. Car was great. Supposedly i had a full warranty.. Not as if now 6 months ago the car wouldnt start. I had it towed to brad benson. Within a day i had a call from the incompetent service manager paul. Well my motor was hydrolocked......or was it. I flipped out and called turbotrix. Talked to mark. At this time paul calls me back wanting to know if he wanted me to start an estimate. I told him to not touch my car.. Mark and Mike go to the dealer and start looking at the situation.. Well, it was a fuel pump fuse. Mark right away drove my car back to his shop as i dont think the car would have been safe there.. He fixed the problem and even replace the walboro for me. They were WAY more than very helpful. Well now sunday my car gets jammed in gear. Had it towed to the dealer. Again Paul calls(didnt even want to talk to him) and said the trans is done. 6800 for a new trans and labor. I ask him if the car was on a lift. NO, the magic tech "checked" the car in the parking lot. NOw i have no other power mods except the stg3 tt kit which is covered. So they still say they are not covering it because the car was "raced" on the street. Then there excuse was it was highly modded....which was from tt/benson kit.. Then, which is the best, that i dont have backseats WTF? So i told tt i was going to have to take them to court as a witness. They called benson and all of a sudden i have cams.. Huh thats funny somebody must have stole my car and put them in and then returned it without me knowing. I though i felt some more mid range lol... so basically now i am at the point where i have to go the whole 9 yards. Getting my car out of there asap. These guys are crooks. I do not care if i have to post this everyday on every
forum. I will not let anybody go to that dealer without the thought in their head. These guys are going down, and will stop and nothing(legal action) to make sure of it....

Sorry about the mess you are in now, that sucks. Did you get anything in writing stating that your modification were ok? Does the dealership have a relationship with turbotrix for modification to be done?

I would print that out and keep a copy with you when you go to the dealership. Also, make sure Turbotrix knows that the dealership is not keeping up their end of the deal that was made with them.

Also, you need to make very certain that the damage to your transmission was not from abuse, otherwise you are screwed........ Ultimately your best bet is to try and have turborix help you with this issue. It's going to be a very hard up hill battle though..... Like I said, that sucks...

What you need to do is, print out copy of that website, like we've all seen...and take em to court...the website plainly says get work done at TT, we will cover your warranty...thats false advertising.

Could be shifter bushings?

Just take the car to ttrix or any other local evo shops.

Some techs are dealerships are evo competent but most are not, good luck.
