turco how much should i tighten the t-bolt clamps? i did it so that the edges of the soft piping started to poped above the clamp. i think thats how you had yours. she seems to hold peak boost just fine so i'm guessing im good. i have a nasty habit of over-tightening things and breaking them

I cranked the **** out of them. Once they start to give some resistance you can stop.

cool i think im ok. i'll have you double check them next time i see you. i f'in dropped one of the nuts for one down the engine bay looks like i'll have to try to pick one up at the home depot or have timz send me one more clamp.

I broke one of my t-bolt clamps.... the bolt just sheared right off.

Life's tough when you're a strong man, what can I say....


I think there's actually a torque spec on them though, 30lbs?

if you bought the cajun kit you can just take the nut off one of the bov clamps since they dont fit.

You know you are a strong man when you break bolt heads put bolts ON a car. Happened on the sentra twice.

Eric had a tbolt cross thread on his car, that was a wicked PITA.
