Dex, I find this completely absurd. Especially in the face of that ridiculous post last week (i.e., "we would have fixed your problems if you'd just call"). This just flat out proves that they do shoddy work and treat their customers like shjt.
Breaking off the nipple and plugging the hole with a screw proves that this wasn't a simple mistake that any shop could make...nor is it a mistake that could have been rectified if you just called them back.
I implore you to pass these photos on to DSG, Dex... or post them in the Northeast section, or that ridiculous thread...
Sitting on this is doing a disservice to you and anyone else contemplating the use of their shop...

These pics are ridiculous. You can't accidentally plug a hole with a screw and forget to tell someone. That is a blatant hack and lie. They first told you that they just replaced a line and the boost drop was due to the pill being back. Replacing a line and not installing one are totally different!!!
I was all for DSG, mainly on the recommendation of Pierre. I was prepared to trust them with anything beyond routine maintenance on my car (clutch install, tune, timing belt, cam install and maybe even simple bolt on mods so i didn't have to bug Dave/Turco). However after Dex's experience they will never touch my evo...
It really pisses me off because I want to believe they are an awesome shop. I've met them all and they are awesome... but I can't look past how they hacked Dex's car together...

Yea I'm bored at work.. my boredome should at least benefit someone.. So far I scored some shelves, possibly a quick job doing some video converting for cash for some dude who doesn't know how to do it... In addition I also scored a set of 16inch steelies, sorta beat up but good for some snow tires...

just called on those advans... they are 25 EACH... which makes more sense. still might be a good deal tho. he said the outsides are starting to wear. maybe i'll just pick up 2 for my fronts to get me through to the winter... he is gunna send me some pics
