It all comes with the job title my friend...I know. Have fun with that
We have quarterly returns. So I do this 4 times a year. Makes me angry when I remember ordering something for someone who needed RIGHT AWAY ASAP!!!! And see it sitting there collecting dust 6 months later. So it gets put in my "PORKED" bins. Yes, labeled "PORKED" for the poeple who have porked me with the part. But Volvo regulations state I must hang on to the part for exactly 1 year from the purchase date prior to me doing a return request. And then they decide whether they want it back or not. Avg return is between $25k-$40k on each return. Body shops are the best and worst customers ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for customers, ya, I hear on that. See, for me it's the opposite here. I have a $hitload of paid for parts here, just waiting to be picked up. I mean, I know if I paid for something, I would want it. That's why 9 times out of 10, I will make people pre-pay. Very few people do I just order stuff for. Besides that, it's just service customers parts sitting here, waiting for them to come back.
Funny thing that they (the owner, and my rep, who I never knew til now) were huge on, was maintaining an 80% stock order avg. every month, in order for Mitsu to continue giving us twice a week stock orders. Which is cool, I def like having stock orders twice a week, all the other Mitsu dealerships I was at never could manage those numbers. So basically as long as at least 80% of my orders are on stock, and the other 20% are on daily, and overnights, they are happy. Ok. Seems fair enough.
So..I track the last guys numbers as far back as like a year or so. I see the highest he ever hit, was 89.1 or something..during some big promotion month. My first 4 months here: 91.9 , 90.7, 92.1, 90.2 ...
And right now, this month, as early in as we are, is at 99.3
Needless to say, this
rep already likes me. I don't know if I can get him to like me like the last guy who warrantied almost $11k worth of work on my Evo, but hey...never know
.Now if I could just get this cheap a$$ to spend some money...I could be a vendor again...working my magic
.Oh well...
2.5hrs to go
I wanna ask you a question about this thing ive been struggling with for a long time now, but i dont wanna post it on the forum.
I feel like if someone who understands javascript will be answer the question right away.
