street hockey eh...heck yes!!! I played for years. I lived on a dead end street, but we used to play on rollerblades. Great times...definitely miss it.


Speaking of....anyone here snowboard???

 

I dont own roller blades anymore but i would play. Oh man talk about bringing back old times. I havent played since i lived in NY so... 10-12yo.

 

Yea, we're actually getting a roller hockey league together, we play all the time, I'll talk to you more about it dave

We can play on or off blades...doesn't matter to me. I played ice hockey for years and even up through college regularly played street hockey...i miss it so much.

 

Nice....does Yvonne (sp)??? Elesha and I have been mentioning on making plans for a weekend trip this coming winter. We didn't get a chance last winter because she was pregnant. Now that we have Samantha, I can always arrange for her to visit with my parents while we go. Elesha has been itching to go again. We would love to get some people together for an overnighter up north somewhere. Rent a slopeside condo. I'll do the cooking I just want to start looking into it soon, before everything good is booked. If anyone is interested let me know. I will pm those who are. Snowboarding, good food, outdoor jacuzzi, couple of drinks perhaps....very fun times!!!

Some pics of the header porting. Notice how poor the stock casting is. Mikie went to the edge of where the carbon build up was. My main concern was how inconsistent the rings are. Car should be very responsive.



Goggles came on after iron shard #2 went into mikies eye.

Host side has a really nice stock casting so we really just polished it up on the exhaust in and out. Wastegate is not necessary.

i've only gone snowboarding once... but i'd be willing to go if you guys didnt mind havin someone tag along that sucked!

i also noticed the EGT is tapped on the bottom of the runner. i never even thought of that but it should look super clean, you won't even see it.

 

Yeah...I'm pretty much throwin it out there for those that want to go. I dont; care if you are good or not so good. I have been boarding for 15 years now. After 2 knee injuries on big air contests back some years ago, I keep it a little more subtle when I board now. Even if someone skies that is cool too. Just lookin for a few people who may want to take a trip and have fun.



Great work Turco...I have my stock manifold / turbo / O2 housing sitting here at work. I want to port / polish / coat them. These pics are giving me much motivation

 

haha i dunno man. I never changed it. I want to get a drop in filter i guess but i was debating between the apexi one and the blitz one because i dont want an oiled filter.

And yes tapping egt underneath should look super clean. That was one of the reason i took everything apart

Yea Tim, we'd be down..she has only gone once...but I got all new gear and a new board last year and went about 20 times. So I'm definitely down for where/whenever...we went as early as the second weekend in december last year, and if you remember there was NO snow anywhere! We went to sunday river for one run down a crappy *** trail, then went to killington the next weekend after where we had a bit more success. Just let me know when and where and I'm down!
