I don't know what it is, maybe I should just walk places but I just f'ed by a guy in a civic.

So I'm driving to work on second ave in waltham, ma which is a 3 lane road, one inbound, one outbound and the middle is for turning on both directions. So this civic is in front of me, throws his left blinker on and moves towards the middle lane. I don't think anything about it and proceed in my lane past him. Next thing I know he turns right and slams into my car. Granted my ford is a brick and only has some dents and scuffs on the paint the mirror and taillights were blown out. Now he's blaming it all on me, the cop shows up and calls me out for trying to pass him on the right when he's taking a right turn...

Things just couldn't get much worse for me and cars right now... This is all he says vs my statement, plus he's got the cop on his side for some stupid reason (probably cause I'm a a college kid).

Jason, there were no witnesses? What about businesses in the area? Like a bank, atm, gas station that might have a camera that caught the jackhole move over and then drive into you. Give you credit for keeping your cool at least. I wouldn't have.
