So the highlight of my afternoon today was getting into a stupid argument at autozone today...

I walk in their and ask for part number 15732 and tell them its a universal bosch o2, and he proceeds to ask me the yr, make, and model of my car and tells me i need to pay 670.99 for a o2 sensor for that kind of car, and i told him no i dont want that one i want the bosch universal.

He then tells me hes not going to sell it to me and that my car wont pass with it in, and i told him i know countless people who use it and pass fine so just sell me the stupid part and stop trying to argue with me.

He grabs the part and hes like oh and btw your not getting the 1 yr. warranty with it because it does not belong to the car, and i said to him pfft im paying for it so i better get the warranty or knock down the price.

He finally gives up trying to argue with me and just sells me the part. Has anyone else have to dealt with such thickheaded idiots at various auto parts stores?

 

They don't work in every car. Subarus will sometimes throw a cel with universal sensors as well as VQ powered Nissans.
