I can't believe they'd arrest someone for creating that beauty. Aside from destroying state property that barrel monster looks bad ***.

 

The construction doesnt even want to press charges because of all the positive publicity they received from it. They said the publicity was well worth the $365 cost of the barrels. Police are prosecuting anyway.

 

The construction company is considering paying the guy to make another one.. haha
