Heh..that's what she said.....

Thing boggles me..is the dynojet sim gives me 388...last trip to TTR was 370, with their craptastic block tuning. Now either they have one generous a$$ dyno, or I just spent a ****load more time and $$$$ for 18 more whp??!!

Oh and I think it's SD patch time. Just gotta work on finding an intake pipe for w/o maf.....

Well, squeezing another 18whp out of a stock turbo setup is nothing to complain about especially since the only power 'adder' was the IX turbo. I honestly believe there is plenty more hiding in there and I'm suspecting it 'may' be the alky kit thats not doing its job 100%. I want to see you hit 34xwhp at Buschurs, thats a very respectable # on a stock turbo setup like yours...on his dyno at least lol.

Um, forget the blingin BR fmic? As much as I do not want the alky kit to be the culprit, and I'm sure it will be what we find once the flow sensor is hooked up...causing me to prob get irritated and have to spend more money.

I don't know, maybe it's my mood, or it's getting close to that time...but

IX turbo + BR RACE FMIC + hours of porting (on your part) + WAYbetter tuning + $hitload of time & $$$ = 18whp =

*shrug*

No I didn't forget the FMIC lol. Its technically not a power 'adder' though. It just ensures that the fmic doesn't become the bottleneck in your setup. Though I'm sure its helping you increase power just fine. The fact that we did like 4 back to back pulls and GAINED power on each pull without any heatsoak is where the race FMIC really shines. You'll be glad you have it when its 90+ degrees at the track at the shootout and you'll have consistent runs alll day.

Hey Turco, I'm getting the seals tomorrow. When do you think you'd be available to install them and finish the boost leak test?

Bill is already making some pretty impressive power. I would be hard pressed to think there is a lot left in it. Maybe another 10whp. i mean that is from a 1000' view, the tuner knows best
