Haha I need some crush washers (on their way) and the flare wrench as mentioned before I can complete the install...

And yes, I do like my elbow room!

anyone have a good place to pick up struts? I am NOT paying Mitsu prices for struts...nope. Not gonna happen. I'll keep the damn car parked the rest of the summer. It's not that I can't afford it, it's just...well...a good excuse to use the bike instead of the car.

Srsly though...recomended place to get some MR struts?

you can send them to billstein to get rebuilt but it will be a good amount of downtime.

yeah...I still need the car available. It is driveable right now, just not comfortalbe with a blown strut. I need it for pouring rain and/or transporting things I don't want to bring on the bike...

You must have impressed her with your knowledge of foreign culture. When you get back, you should take her to the Gougenheimer.

Thanks for the congrats guys. As much as I do love and miss my Evo, this one is def helps me get over it

I basically ended up leaving there with an 08 Octane Blue GSR w/ SSS, aero, interior sport kit, rain guards (not installed yet), and they were cool enough to ditch the cheap a$$ Panasonic battery, in favor for one of those vented red top Optimas . Did I mention this car still had the plastic on the seats, and was never even test driven

But ya, here are a couple quick pics. I would upload more, but the pain killers (from our car accident last week, dont want anyone thinking I'm a junky or something..lol) are kicking in and I'm ready for bed. Another reason I don't wanna post others I took, well, I hate this camera, with the color of this car, well, you need a real camera.

But these are good enough for proof pics
