I am planning on buying an Evo IX this winter. I would prefer a stock one, but I am willing to look cars with a quiet TBE and tune as I will probably do these mods myself.

Anyways, is their going to be any meets in the coming month or so (before its damn cold out), so someone can show me what to look out for. I am mechanically inclined and have followed Evo's for sometime, but I know the knowledge & tips of an experienced owner can be invaluable.
