so turco and i were discussing where the best fried chicken is and i thought of firefly's.

what kind of rattle can to get....? I did it before on a car and it was like 15 cans.
from what I have been reading more professional finishes have a matte clear over the color of choice. Thats a big difference in how the over look comes out like

 

that i am not sure about. I would assume rustoleum but i could check if it seriously is a route you want to take. Then again this came from a road race car. He liked the rattle can becuase it did hold up well but that was on track like conditions. A real paint job did work fine but got ruined a lot easier. Plus the rattle can made touch ups extremely easy to do on the fly.

we could just get some paint and a gun and go at it. it might be cheaper to go that way- 15 cans of rustoleum @ $5/can = $75. i bet you could get some flat black from paintscratch.com or something and go at it.

i would definitely put a matte clearcoat over it- if not, the finish is going to get destroyed. is there any chance of putting some neon yellow racing stripes down the length of the car? that might look sexy
