it's more matter of principle- if you are paying for a service, you'd think they could at least ship the correct movies. right now, they actually shipped two copies of the same movie. you can't even put two copies in your queue, so how that happened is beyond me.

i guess i expect too much....maybe i'll switch to blockbuster and see if they are less braindead.

 

just bustin ***** mikie. i did the blockbuster thing, and it was great. being able to take them back whenever you want is the best, especially if you live right next to one. i would hate the turnaround time on mail

 

no worries. the turnaround on netflix isn't too bad- i mail them back, they get them next day and ship out that same day (usually). they've really been disappointing lately, though. you'd think that since there is a barcode on every movie, they could direct them properly. i mean, how the hell does that go wrong? if they were in the wrong case, i could understand....

oh well- maybe i should go back to trying to learn how to toot my own flute....
