i dnot think that is right...

ATI designed the chip and sold the IP to microsoft. they manufacture the part, or most likely have someone else do it but that i dont know. maybe its true that they went with a cheaper ASIC manufacturer but idk.

anyway, ATI uses TSMC, we don't manufacture jack ****. i also highly doubt they made any modifications to our design.
