Attn: Blue NJ Evos...
You should call the local police - if you haven't already - and report what you saw. The odds of that person being on EvoM and seeing this are pretty slim, but the odds they will call the police and file a report are pretty high.

well the issue is mark (the guy that witnessed it) told a cop up the block, but the cop said there was nothing he could do about it, which i think is BS... im just hoping the owner sees this thread or the on on NYevo...
again, no problem, cuz doing the right thing should be the only thing...

hey guys. this is mark the guy who whitnessed it all happen.
i registered yesterday but it took 24 hours for my account to be activated i guess. this has been posted on www.evo-ny.com as well.
it might be too late for any action to be taken... but who knows. i got so heated when i saw that car drive away... if it wasnt full of kids i would have dragged the driver right out the door and put him in the ground
****ed up how u can just drive off like that. i drove through seaside along the boardwalk today to see if maybe the evo was back again today but no luck.
hopefully we find out who the owner of the evo is.

the cop was full of BS i think. this would be considered "leaving the scene of an accident" which is punishable by law. i don't care how small of a scratch it is, that's an accident. i bet if you were some rich looking snob complaining to him and threatening to report this to the township, he would've done something about it.
someone left a ding, some door scrapes, and recently a noticeable scratch on my car already. stupid rtards.
i'm glad u'r trying to help

This is awesome. I wish we could always have people post up this kind of stuff. I had a hit a run on my 2G and caused 2,300 in damages. I knew who did it because I had a witness. The guy lived infront of the house I was parked at and tried parallel parking into the side of my car. So I called the cops when the car showed up and the owners were moving. Well the cop just walked back and forth and asked a bunch of questions to me and the witness. Then when the people leave (the ones that hit me) the cops runs the plates and finds that the plates belong to a different car.
Great investigation work there, so now the car has left, no one knows where? And the cops says.....well now that they have left I can't do anything....so I fronted the bill for someone elses mistake.
