Local police doesn't give a **** anymore. As long as there are no murders and the budget is full, they couldn't care less.
Someone was putting crap on my cars and I wanted to file a complaint and they didn't even want to listen.
It's gonna come to a point when people will take justice back to their hands. But I'm not sure if I wanna be around when that happens
