We are going to run this event relatively fast, so please be ready to put your car on the dyno when it is your turn. Pulls go first, followed my tunes. Evo Flashes go first. If you are getting flashed, I would appreciate it if you could email me your ROM so that I can make the appropriate changes to it before I get there on saturday so I only have to fine tune it there.

Alright guys...tomorrow's the big day! Everyone ready??? The forecast is calling for a 60% chance of showers early ending by noon...but it's going to be COLD...mid 40s. SO DRESS WARM!!! I repeat, DRESS WARM. It's going to be a LONG day mostly outside.

Onto some pre-dyno preperation...

Here are some issues that need to be addressed before coming for a dyno session.

•Make sure there are no oil leaks.
•Make sure your battery/alternator is strong and not failing.
•Make sure to bring extra spark plugs with you
•Make sure all the pipes are secured so that they don’t blow off during the dyno runs.
•Make sure to get oil change before you come in, and make sure it has enough oil. And no oil leaks.
•And the ones mentioned above.

This will by a dyno/tuning session...NOT a fix your car on the dyno session. We have a LOT of cars to get through so out of courtesy for others, please make sure your car is in sound working order.

We'll be kicking things off shortly after 9am tomorrow morning! We want to keep things moving so please arrive on time.

Philly Dyno Works
430 N 12th Street Unit C
Philadelphia PA, 19123

ph: 215.238.9850

So on that note....i'll see you all tomorrow.

Well the dyno day was a success. I want to thank EVERYONE who made it out! You all are definitely car guys for braving the frigid temps. It was a pleasure meeting you all and checking out your rides! The swapped 2.5 RS definitely did it for me. The sleeper Forester...i'd hate to be that unsuspecting V8. Steve in the bone stock internal 1g putting down 476whp and 450ft/lbs...proves it's not about the money put into the setup but more about what you put into your setup. How about the two bad *** muscle cars...loved them!

As for the Evos, they all did great. Alex (EvoLex) definitely knows his sh*t when it comes to tuning.

Nick's SE put down 333whp with just a exhaust manifold, turbo back (high flow cat), intake, fuel pump, and intake.

A local IX put down 362whp w/ a turbo back, o2 housing, fuel pump, intake, HKS 272s, and a JMF SMIM.

I put down 323whp on a conservative tune and running out of injector. Mods are very minimal...turbo back, intake, and JMF SMIM. If I spent a little more time on the dyno and went a little more aggressive on the tune I KNOW I could have seen 340.

Again, a big thanks to everyone for coming out....it was truly a pleasure meeting you all.
