just found this thread. Cranston here, moving to woony this weekend. I'm always down for a meet. I see so many evo's here in RI but I guess not many visit the boards

 

Yah I see a few Evo's here and there. A few more that I know off I havent seen but heard of also. We meet in Woony if you didnt read the earlier part of the thread. Need any help movin let me know Im down to help out a fellow evo owner. Anyway you want to meet up whenever pm me ill shoot you my nuber or w/e. Or if you need any help with the car or anything.

 

how regular are these meets. Im about 45 minutes away from the RI/CT border. I'll roll through whenever!

Took me forever to find this thread,lol. My baby is in dire need of a clutch but I could make it to a meet on occasion. I work closer to the CT border (exit 3, I-95 area) and barely ever see evo's on my drives. Seen like 3 evo's all year,lol.

 

You and that other BBY in Warwick..lol That's ok, I see 2 RR's all the time. One around me, and one in Warwick. Sucks, because every time I pass him, I am not in my Evo. Last time I saw him, I was actually driving my friend Heather's 02 Mustang GT.

 

Well, Whenever I see yours...its under a car cover,lol.

 

im down. im in RI.... cars broken right now give me a week or two, but lets def get up when it snows

 

And that is the way it still sits as I type. As a matter of fact, the car has not moved in almost 2 weeks.

 

So when is a meet gonna happen??

 

I'm less motivated (i.e. NOT motivated,lol) when its cold out but I'll be itching to do something once spring is around the corner.

 

Are there any Evo IX guys in RI that have a driveable car for some ECU testing? All I need to do is confirm the EVO VIII and EVO IX ecu plugs use the same size pin connectors in the ECU plugs. Hard as hell to find IX owners around here,lol. PM me if you can meet up somewhere and spare 10 minutes for me to check.

 

day late and a dollar short. if you had posted this up fri before i started taking the car apart i would have met up with you to take a look. sorry bud, cars gonna be down for a few weeks, but if you need to take a look once its back together we can set something up
