I'm looking for Dealers in the Tri-state area that will not charge above MSRP. Anyone know any that are taking orders and not charging above MSRP? I need one that will ship to Northern NJ area. I have called several here and nobody has stock until at least Feb 1st, since Baltimore has not received the EVO fleet yet.

ok, so I took your advice and went to see Michael tonight. I just put a deposit down on a GSR Graphite Grey with SSS package. Total came to 35700 with wheel locks. No mark up above MSRP, so I'm happy. Will post picks as soon as she comes in. ETA is 2/18/08 FTW at Maywood Mitsu for all GSRs

The 18th? that's ridiculous! The west coast already has them as of almost a week ago. I live in atlanta, and my dealer has told me the 2nd of feb.. This has gotten pushed back 3 times, if it happens again I'm gonna be pissed.

yea, they are railing these cars into the east coast from Tacoma. Somebody at Route 46 automall told me they were porting in Baltimore but apparently he was telling tall tales. Mike Ko told me last night that they are all arriving in port Tacoma and railing across state to state. Which makes sense, shipping companys always rail cause it saves money, just not time.

I would imagine most dealers are ordering GSR's with the SSS package, I didn't see too many last night on the list that didn't have SSS. I didn't want the spoiler, but when its pre-ordered you can't do anything but take it off. Anybody want one? I'm probably selling it after bringin the car home. I did however want the 650 W- rock~gate system and the HID lights. Phantom black isn't available until april btw, which sucks cause that was my first choice. I had to get grey. They said MR's are due in april as well, so anybody looking for the SST trans will be able to order theirs ASAP.

35700 was just vehicle cost before all the fun stuff is thrown in. I haven't done all the financial paperwork yet so I haven't seen the actual final numbers, which I'm kinda scared of. I basically only put down a deposit last night... so I could come back on 2/18 and take care of business and know I'm driving out of there in my new X.


I think the dealerships will probably order more evo's after the first wave, but you'll be hard pressed to get one without the SSS package anytime soon (which automatically pumps you up to the 35k mark)
