RobiSpec back in NJ
I'm interested in Fender rolling- $300.....but dont have the rims/tires yet. May be a few more weeks for b4 have everything. 06 Evo on swift springs and putting on a set of Aggressive: 18x9.5 +37 5-114.3 (face 3) Pro Racer ZR+520.
Can you do without having the rims & tires ready to mount up and check clearance?

I can still do the drag car and will be back in 2-3 weeks to finish some loose ends can I do this install then?
