With NED running tech rather than NOPI, I'd expect them to look for a cage in the 10.50 index. You have to give them your class right in tech, which won't help either.

11.50 I think is my best bet... I can always go ***** to the wall another day or later in the afternoon if I have time in run only...
I think 11.5 should work out pretty good for you. You could work on getting your launch down, and get practice with the Pro tree, which is always a good thing.
