She definitely rides VERY nice on the KWV3 with custom spring rates.. After she is tuned, it's time to hit up some autox, hpde, or track days to get the suspension dialed in.. It seems much too compliant right now

Pete, did you change the spring at Eurojerks? I wondered why it wasn't on the yellow KW springs Doug definitely needs to sign up for the AutoX at the end of this month. Car looks great...spacers will be ready for you today Doug. Call me when you wanna pick them up!

 

damn that weekend flew by. I'm sore, tired and don't feel like working but I have a ton to do today. Ugg, race weekends are fun but you sometimes pay for them monday morning.

I've got a bunch of videos to sort thru, edit & upload. Hopefully I'll get to that sometime this week. Thunderbolt is a fast/fun course. The weather was wet on the drive down but the track was dry by the time I was on it. Again I had a problem keeping instructors in the car, for some reason they just don't want to run with me for more then one session

Warminster went well. The course's weren't very EVO friendly but I managed to place 3rd in my class behind two drivers on A6's & V700's that have been doing this for over a decade. Can't wait until next year when I upgrade to R-comps. I did 4 runs on Saturday & 10 on sunday including the eliminator challange at the end which was a lot of fun.

Its a 7, pretty sure I saw your EVO @ Warminster this weekend... there can't be many blue VII's in the area. I looked for the owner of the car but didn't have any luck. Did you happen to get any pics of #26 BSP?

I thought that was your car and was going to come over and talk to you but i wasn't sure because you had another driver switching back and froth rite? I actually planned to find you on saturday but as i was pulling in with my daily driver you were leaving.
I have pics from both days but coming off a aging 6meg point and shoot they didn't turn out as good as they use to. If your still interested i will post them or send them to you anyway just let me know.
Hopefully the next event they will allow passengers and i can go for a run with you or one of the other evo's finally.
Who else on here ran this weekend? Would like to put some car and maybe some faces to these usernames.

haha, good stuff, that car is super clean, we were the only 1 cars just cruising haha. yea if more evos go to that welsh and the blvd sunday meet i'll def go up. but theres a bunch of ricers and ******* that rev the **** out of their engines and blast the radios so the cops always come.

 

is anyone gonna go to the Sonic meet on thursday up on street road? def hit me with a PM if you are.

 

Its a tristatetuners meet. There are all kinds of cars there (40+) Its at the Golds Gym right near the movie theater. Its a pretty chill group, a few screw-up show up every week. I think a few evos are cruising down from Reading, I will be there assuming I get my car back together tonight. I think at one point last year we had 15 evos there.

My wife got her first ever ride with me on an AX course and it didn't go too well. I was more worried about her getting sick, putting a hand out the window, yelling/hitting me that I forgot to shift to 2nd after the launch. Can't believe I did that cause its really second nature. By the time I realized it I was above 8K RPM. I shifted soon as I realized it but unfortunatley it was mid turn and I wound up spinning the car almost 360*. I don't think she's gonna ride with me again.

Hey, all you guys talking about meeting up and ****, does anyone want to meet @ LVGP during the week and do some karting? we could make it an exclusive EVO ONLY type thing. Just throwing it out there since it seems liek a lot of people are interested in meets...
