Philadelphia Car Meets
i feel the same way, i havent driven the evo in 4 days and im borderline suicidal right now, lol jk but yea i got a nail in my sidewall waiting to get the tire in the mail and then install it.....sigh
What do you mean by drive it enough? I drove the thing everyday for 4yrs. I've driven it plenty. I'm in a postion now where I don't have to drive it everday. I love the fact that I don't drive it very often now. When you don't drive it everyday it makes the times when you do that much better. Trust me

whats the point in building the mileage
i agree it is new car excitement but i wasn't like this when i got my srt4. so that just goes to show you how much better an evo is. my neighbor just got a mazdaspeed 3 and always wants to go driving around at night. so there are some added miles.
plus i am out of town a lot. last weekend i was at disney world and had a crappy rental mustang. i did my best to lay as much of that rental rubber on orlando streets as i could. of course my passenger didn't share my enthusiasm especially when doing a 180 on international drive in the rain and another 180 to point in the same direction as traffic as fast as possible. i appreciated my evo so much more when i got home.

Geeze, didn't know you guys care about mileage so much. A car is meant to be driven, not sit in your garage...that's probably why mines have 75k on it. I understand where and and Pete(?) is coming from however; thats why I take the company car when I travel..lol. Anyway,
I'm trying to hold out putting gas in it before I go to the track on the 12th. Gonna be nice and empty so I can run some 100/106 oct and crank up the boost...
I expect to see a few of you there... (Nick, Chuck, Cynthia) and who ever else.
let me know Pete!
You must be crazy that the day of the mitsu vs subaru shootout..I think the 13th would be best..You'll be back by then right?
