CBRD Speedfactory
First Annual Evolution Dyno Competition
October 18th, 2008

Entrants must sign up before the event. (email caleb@cbrdspeedfactory.com to sign up for the event) This competition is for Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions only. Cost is $40.00 and that is for 3 runs. The highest COMBINED (HP and TQ) power pull wins. Horsepower and Torque peaks will be added together for the total score. No changes will be made once the car is strapped to the dyno. No tuning on the dyno at all that day. The car must be ready to go once it's strapped down. Entrants are responsible for getting their cars up to operating temperature before their runs.

There will be 2 classes:

Stock appearing Turbo. The turbocharger must appear as a stock OEM manufacturer. Any other mods are okay. Any fuel may be used. NO NITROUS.

Non-Stock appearing Turbo. Anything goes! Any fuel may be used. NO NITROUS.

Karting. I will even donate some prizes. I have been trying to get a meet like this for years. But everyone seems scared to spend a few dollars.

I know at least 5 people from up by me who would be in.

Why not make a full day and night of this with a beer sampling night cap.

Im in I voted carting but any of 1,2,3 would work for me. Just need the dates on 3 so I can take off if needed

Karting would be great but hard to organize. I say do a BBQ/meet at the shop and try to do the karting. That way if a lot of people can't make the karting, they surely can make a meet.

 

We are looking the end of September or the beginning of October.

I voted for option 5.

5 kegger w/ a day of Rockband at Caleb's house.

I might have to make another trip to PA.

 

Beginning of October would be perfect! There is already the anual York meet on the 13th of Sept don't forget.

 

Dyno day would be cool and i think more ppl would show up...

 

I'm down with options 1 & 2...
Although, if you guys want to go to Arnolds I'll meet you along the way, it would be foolish for me to drive 1.5hrs to York, turn around and drive past my house and to KOP.
Either way I'm down.
