Mass Clutch install
Here we go again…… no need to take cheap shots. Why would you even add that in there? Just say “hey I have a shop, you should stop in or check my website out sometime”. For a shop that has been around since 1979 you think you could carry out your business more appropriately then doggin on a shop because they dont have lifts. Are you purposely trying to instigate another fight? Ok we get it; you had a bad experience at DSG, get over it. Try being an adult and plug your shop with out putting another shop down to get business.
Anyways I personally would recommend DSG they have done flawless work on my car in the past and I haven’t had any problems since. Use the search button and find the right shop for you. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I will let you guys know how it goes as far as price come tuesday, but I'm positive that DSG has great service. Hell, I showed up there at like 545 in the middle of Feb with my bro in law just to see what they did. One of the guys (can't remember his name, real tall guy, might have been the owner) showed me around the whole shop, showed me his evo II (or III, still can't remember), talked to me about what would be a go route to go with the car, etc etc etc.
Who cares that they don't have a lift. I like the feel of the shop. I had a good vibe in there, like the guys really love the wrenching that they do. So I will be bringing my car there monday.
OP, do what you want, it's your car. As far as the exedy vs act, I didn't want to touch act because of the lockout issues I was hearing about. plus if you have ever driven an american or other japaneese car in the past 20-30 or what ever years, chances are it had an exedy clutch. They know their stuff. The lighteded flywheel is good for 420 ft/lbs I believe, and aparently this clutch isn't much heaveir than the stock pedal. Of course this is all what I have been told. I will make a full write up a week or two after having the clutch. But I know guys with it running 400whp or less and they love it for dd and track use.

Nope not trying to start a fight at all. Just stating that we have lifts. Maybe someone wouldn't want to bring there car somewhere to get work done if they didn't have lifts. Thats all. I think that they are nice guys at DSG i just had a bad experience that cost me a lot of money and time.
+1 for DSG and a great expirence there. I got there a little early for my tune and Bill took time to show me around the entire shop. Got to see all their shop cars and parts they were fabbing up for them. Showed me some past projects they did and current ones going on. I've been there 3 times total, and to see the quality of work they do and the cars they work on and produce is enough for me to bring my car there to have a clutch installed. Every shop is going to have problems here and there, no one is perfect.
