Evo vs Sti on sunday
yeah sooo all the forums said it was going to be packed... and NADA... ran outta sti to run... evos had to run each other... sad... seen a few mid 9 passes... very cool day...
the event was alright seemed to be a little poorly run with when the finals were and all. Trubotrix had a 9 sec pass and that car went kabomm I think. I put my car in the show aspect of the event and took home best of show but all in all it was a good day, got pretty hot though.
i think i saw that misshift. albert?

.A bunch of 9 second passes here and there..It felt kinda hot to me outside though..I was freezing in the morning then when i got to the track i had to take my jacket off cause of the heat. I didnt meet anyone from the forums. lol..I already told you what i was going to wear..Teal/Purple Nike windbreaker! I did however, have one dude keep staring at me from time to time when i first got there ..I thought he was from here and would say hi but no..He just kept staring. Anyways looking forward to next year and hopefully i can run.
Get that 9 sec license man and you'll be running low 9's all day. Congrats..All those sleepless nights tuning and whatnot paid off..The turnout was decent..It was just a typical evo/sti day with most of the evos breaking..lol..jk..For added safety i parked inside the racers lot by the ATX blue drag evo..I had the black evo 8 with an "ATX motorsports" decal on the front windshield..I also had the most F*cked carbon wing i have ever seen on any evo.. .A bunch of 9 second passes here and there..It felt kinda hot to me outside though..I was freezing in the morning then when i got to the track i had to take my jacket off cause of the heat. we ran outta sti's! =\ My car was all over the place today...I kept thinking I broke it...could get my 1.9 60 foots down to my regular 1.6, I switched to AdvanSports from Snowtires and they actually gripped worse... but I had fun, met a lot of cool people and saw some really nice evos!
