2008 STI owner, looking to get an EVO X

Hey guys

I live in southeastern MA, and currently own a 2008 STI. I've been thinking about trading it in lately for a 2008 EVO X.

However, I'd have to get a decent deal on the trade and the EVO to make it worthwhile. I checked out a dealer in Raynham MA that has had a GSR for AGES, and they still said they wouldn't budge much on MSRP. I've heard of guys in SOCAL getting EVO's for 28k.

I have the fully loaded STI (bbs + nav + fogs), and am looking to get into a GSR with SSS package.

I'm curious who of you got good deals in the area, and where you went. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I got an awesome deal at Peter Fuller in Watertown but they closed down. Try Cornerstone Mitsubishi in Wilmington. Almost bought mine there. Those are two places that had ZERO markup.

Westboro is also a good place but know what you want before you go in there and know what you should be paying. Why do you want to dump the STi already?

What did you pay, and what options, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks. Well, what should I expect to pay?

MSRP on X's with SSS is ~$35k. Invoice is somewhere around $33. So I'm assuming, given the economy and dead market for these types of cars, that I should be able to get it for around $32k before fees and tax.

This sound right to X owners?

I'm not sure if I want to dump the STI yet, but I've been seriously considering it. The X just seems like much more fun of a car, and it looks better too.
