i call it the srt4 mod cause they pop like that stock, not that its a ricer thing.. although its strictly used to scare people with their windows down in tunnels and under bridges

Yeah...I think 3 is a good time! But I'm sure no matter what time you plan to arrive, ppl will be around. THat is not to say arrive at 8pm and expect everyone to still be there.
