We have no Emissions in Maine. For inspection all they do is make sure all 4 tires are good, check your brakes, make sure all your lights work, and check your cv joints and all that, nothing is done on a computer or anything. How much power should I be able to go with?

91 octane will be the limiting factor for making big power. if you are wanting high numbers you should look at meth/water injection or running race gas for higher boost levels and lower boost on 91oct pump. dyno numbers aren't always the best part of a bigger turbo'd car. Having it safe, reliable, and making a good power curve is what will make it a fun street car. If I had to stay in New England I would go to the shop or Pruven, however I feel that the drive to NJ to see Ivey is worth it for the drivability and over all well roundedness of the tune he can provide.

I think 450whp area is realistic on 91 pump and good tune with a 35R 430 whp safely for sure tho.

Another "where should I go for a tune" thread... Its clear that in the northeast most people on here recommend Sean Ivey from IVEYTUNE. His tuning skills are simply amazing.

I make 408/401 to the wheels. AEM EMS tuned by Sean Ivey. 93octane.
I have a BB 50 trim plus cams.

I don't know if he's still doing AEM. You gotta ask him yourself. Check out that HKS Fcon though.
You don't have to worry about that cranking crap.

Also, if you just bought the car. I would let the shop check out everything on the car first. I know good shops would already do that. They don't want to just start jumping right into tuning it.
