and besides, what does it matter, you already told us where the evo is at? How many chevy dealerships could there possibly be left in Albany, especially since the crash of the motor city? Tons of domestic sellers had to have closed. Not to mention the fact that your not taking into account people who have already visited the dealership and might buy it b4 you. The longer you wait to tell us, the less time the evo will stay on the showroom floor..

very true. dnt wanna start any problems. ive just seen plenty of people on here with more than 1 evo in their driveway. and thought maybe sum1 wud jump on it if it was a great buy. lol just sounded kinda funny when he asked. the guy at the dealer said its been there for over 6 months. it has an aftermarket turbo, intake, exhaust, def cams, alcohol injection, short shifter,a few gauges and some other things. car felt strong as hell but y would sum1 trade in a car like that without takin the stuff out.

didnt mean to **** off anybody. ill post up the link.

any help will be greatly appreciated

No man not looking to buy another. Just trying to help you out if I saw it I could as could most guys on here whats on it and something to possibly look out for.

If I did want another one I wouldn't drive to Albany for it

I see how most post could have been misinterpreted though

I would def get it checked out by someone who knows these cars well. Aftermarket Turbo and Meth/Allky 4 sale at a dealer why?? Ya know

aftermarket turbo and meth and its a trade in? the thing could be ready to blow. Most people that do those kind of mods dont "baby" their car. Like gsrboi80 said, i think you should get it checked out by a local tuner shop before you purchase it.

You should definitly look it over good, but it could be an ok buy.

Here are some reasons why someone would of traded this car in....
- didn't have time or money to take the parts off the car. by the time he spent money to take the parts off, then sell them, he may be close to even anyway. so why not just leave them on.
- he may not of had the stock parts to put back on. he may have sold them already.
- just didn't want to deal with the hassle of parting it out.

Probably not the best idea to buy a heavily modded car for reliability. BTW yellow is a COP magnet. trust me 4 tickets in 2 months in none in a year with a black one.

yeah man i hear ya. i cant really have my tuner look at it cuz i live on long island. other than driving it<lookin it over and doing a compression test are there any other tests i could do 2 see if the motor is in decent shape?

i have an evo that heavily modded and done all the installs myself. i know the car very well so i was hoping that would give me an edge wen lookin at another one
