Monday July 20th the Connecticut Auto-x and Rally Team will be heading back down to Pocono, PA to play on the high banks. This time we'll be tackling the South Course....Nascar Turn 1. Open track all day means you can run until you run out of gas.....then fill back up and keep on running.
Cost.....a measly $150! Thats right $150, to run your car ragged all day long.
Instructors are available throughout the day. There will also be a time trial at the end and the CART Team Relay Event.

Why would you delete my post? I didn’t say anything harsh or demeaning about anybody. I just stated a simple fact that the Northeast crowd is generally a dinner meet crowd. I didn’t say anything malicious or singled anybody out, so why would there be grounds to remove my post? I have tried numerous times to get people to go to track days and hill climbs with no luck, so I was just giving my input for him not to get his hopes up. Generally speaking from my experience these types of events do not generate much attention from this particular northeast crowd.

 

I would love to do this. If my clutch is done in time I will be there. What are the pre-reqs to driving?

 

car must pass tech. helmet with manuf date in last 10yrs, working brake lights, battery securely mounted, tires not corded.

we're running tomorrow. supposed to nice and sunny, veyr little chance of rain.
we do accept walkins but there is a $50 late fee.
so for $200 you still get to run pretty much all day.

 

i just came from down that way and spotted a hooked up BLACK R35. i'll post pictures of my spotted to see if he ran his car there. figured he was trailing it for a race day.
