CBRD impossible to get ahold of??!?!

Ok guess I will need to start pm'ing
and to
cbrd I did call 3 times at one point and did leave messages on 2 of the times. Once before Christmas ad twice after Christmas. The voicemail did say that no one would be in the offic at one of the times that I did call and that all messages would be returned. Well I did leave a lengthy message as well as my cell
number on all 3 voicemails stating concerns about my vehicle. I never once got a call back. Anyways I have found a different shop to go to. My view about cbrd has not necessariy changed but they could use some better phone call communications. They did state that they are buisy and I don't doubt that at all but. I had 2 other friends from
my area mike and Zach whom both called as well and said that they had no answer as well. I believe that michael left a voicemail
and to this day has not gotten a call back. If I need anything else I will
be sure to pm cbrd as stated by users on here. I just don't have acess to a pc all the time so it's hard to pm. Thanks for the suggestions

(ps, another issue we deal with as a company, is people rattling off their phone numbers sooo fast that we cant make sense of them... or cell phone calls that are breaking up.... its all a pain sometimes, but we do the best we can)
