Brent: I'm based out of Infiniti. I do a lot of work with the whole complex though. Got the BBY out? I'll keep an eye out for ya.

Hey SOG,

I took my car to Matt Miner over at Wicked Innovation. He is down by URI past the Ryan Center. Give him a call and see if he can tune your Ralliart. He did a good job on my evo in my opinion it's plenty fast. However, he only does road tunes so if you want a dyno tune, then DSG or Swift would be your options. You can get his contact information @ http://wickedinnovation.net/

Hey Guys,

The shop that has tuned and performed the modifications on my personal car are hosting a meet of their own this Sunday. They are primarily into the Suburu and Honda scene but the guys who run it Matt and Tom are great at what they do and are always looking for other cars to work on. They did a great job on my car and Matt is a great tuner. If the weather holds up, it should be a great time. Free BBQ and lots of great cars to look at. Check out the link below for details:

Thanks Nello. Meant to ask you about the weather up there. I am lowering my RA next week, nothing crazy, around 1.4 all around. Will I have any issues during winter there? Do you run winter tires out there?

Well if it's definitely accurate to say that New England gives you all of the seasons pretty much 100%. As for winter, it can definitely be harsh sometimes. I had a 2" drop on my Nissan Sentra Spec-V and it was tough to deal with at times but then again, I also had FWD and all season tires... If you are getting a front lip, I'd say take it off during the winter. But a ralliart with AWD and some nice snow tires you will definitely be all set. I wouldn't worry too too much... :-)

I personally think massive potholes are more of challenge here in New England then the harsh elements of winter. Those bad boys sneak up on ya & are around all year!

Hey Guys,

Anyone interested in getting together for a meet at Colt State Park near the end of the month? We can schedule one and then watch how the weather develops and if needed, we can post pone to another day. I'm thinking either May 29th or 30th. What do you guys think?

Hey Guys,

Just want to throw it out there, that the Rhode Island scene is small for Evos and DSMs, so really to have a good showing for local things maybe we can kind of team up.

I own and run http://www.ridsm.org, which I have named RI DSM & Evolution. I can't get things off the ground with non-DSM owners, and most of my DSMers are 420A guys. If you guys want to join and get the Evo portion off the ground, I can put a couple of you at moderator status and help spread the word.

Also maybe 3000 GT guys or SRT4s. The scene is so small in this state that without some collaboration it's useless.

Let me know.

Hey Guys,

I'm going to tentatively schedule a meet at Colt State park in Bristol, RI for Sunday, June 27th. If you guys are available come on down and hang out. It's a great area and really nice to get together and have a bbq or just chill. The only place they let you park cars on the grass is off to the left near the large park building just as you come over the small bridge. I'm probably going to get there around 11ish and I'm thinking about bringing a small charcoal grill. If you want to bring your own food and use it, that's not a problem.

So yea, weather permitting, mark the 27th down if you wanna get together. I'm going to post a new thread for this as well. Hope some of you can make it!

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately I gotta reschedule the meet to one day earlier. It's now happening on the 26th of June, a Saturday. Sorry for any issues.
