hey guys! my evo are getting done anytime soon next week or 2. im from plainfield, ct and i work in ri as well. in smithfield, ri. anyone near that? i will be drving my evo once a while to ri. i would like to meet as many as all of you guys in ri. looking foward meet you all.

so can someone fill me on in on RI state inspections?
i moved here from NY, and now that i got in an accident is probably time i swap my license and everything over.
in NY they just do plug in OBD2 checks, so my ecu is all patched and passes fine with no cat and no rear o2. from what ive gathered i will have to do a 2 speed idle test here since the dynos are only 2wd? which means i have to try to buy a cat...
do they do visual? aka can i put in a hi flo cat and get away with still having no rear o2 in there?
DMV has been little to no help so far. i still have to figure out how to transfer my license and register my car all in the same day...and then my other car that is still home in NY...
